Establish high standards for excellence... this is the third rule of many on how to bring out the Best in People in Alan Loy McGinnis Book. He states in his book "... most highly motivating leaders are hard as nails on standards of excellence. They hold to certain values tenaciously, and they set out to build a group of like-minded persons who share those values."
Stand for something or you will fall for anything is how I have heard many other success people I associate with say. What is it that I stand for, what do I believe in. What am I dedicated to and why am I dedicated to them? May those answers be refined in my head and set clear before my very eyes as truths and may Jesus Christ be glorified by them.
