I just read this and I thought to myself, "yeah that makes sense. Man thats awesome!" That sincerity of a real leader is what makes them successful. Relateing to a person, building a friendship with someone, stepping out on faith and believing in someone else. I work closely with a great motivator and just watching him relate to people and interact with people is truly amazing. His heart for people is so great, and his faith in people and belief that they have great potential is very respectable. I am very blessed to be able to share time with this great man, but he is not the only respectable men I surround myself with. Other men that are on their own trail to success and I am even more blessed to have their leadership in my life. I pray that the Lord Jesus Christ blesses their en devours, and may He continue to grow my heart and expectations for others, releasing me from past failures and fears.
